Hey Brad,
I love what you have done so far with your wiki. I think it has a lot a potential for being a good science tool. I am interested to see what additional elements you add to the wiki. Are you planning to use it later on- like for your classroom? There must be some great online science classroom activities and virtual labs. You could pair that up with the ecology unit.
That reminds me, a couple of years ago I made a worm bin for recycling. I kept in the garage. You could include some make and take activities on your wiki that kids could do at home with parents; then they could post photos( Like a blog). That might be fun.
Good luck.

Brad,
Your wiki is nicely put together. I am a little confused on the virtual lab for the ecosystem, when I click the link, it takes me to pictures/graphics. Are the students supposed to click on the links on the right side of the page? If so, do they use all the links? I may not be doing something correctly. Your wiki will be motivating for your tenth graders.

Brad,
Did you mean for the links under each image on your word wall to be accessible for students to go to? I believe you can cite your source with out using the URL, unless that is your intent. The images are good for students who may not have had the advantage of know what the animals look like.

Brad,
When I first opened up your wiki last week I thought, "I wish my wiki looked like his." I think your colorful pictures are awesome. They make your wiki fun to look at and I know kids would be drawn to it. I also like your anti-bully link at the home page.
